It provides a full range of Company Secretarial, Business Consultancy and ancillary services to private and public companies incorporated under Companies and Allied Matters Act, 2020 (CAMA) and preceding legislation.
Managing Partner
Mrs. S. K. Osedo is the Founder and Managing Partner of Skil Associates. She qualified as a Chartered Secretary & Administrator in 1991 (England and Wales). She also holds LL.B (Honours), and LL.M from the University of London.
She has over 30 years working experience as a Company Secretary in Public Practice.
Principal Consultant
Mr. S. A. Akinsanya is the Principal Consultant. He qualified as a Chartered Secretary & Administrator in 1974 (England and Wales). He has more than 40 years’ experience as a Company Secretary to private and publicly quoted companies.
